Step 1. Select "Internet Options" from the "Tolls" menu of your browser
Step2: Select the "Security" tab for the "Internet" zone
Check that
- Java permissions are set to "High Safety"
-ActiveX allows to download signed controls, run ActiveX and script ActiveX controls marked as safe.
1.2 Starting Softphone
Click on the SOFTPHONE to start the application.
1.3 Logging In
Enter your the PIN number (or Username and Password) you have received upon registration.
1.4 Logging out
Close the browser window
